Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by Immaculate Detailing of BR, also known as Immaculate Car Wash. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means the person visiting our website or contacting us.

We are a mobile car detailing service based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We serve Baton Rouge, Central, Denham Springs, Gonzales, Port Allen and Prairieville. We travel to you, and we do not operate a storefront open to walk-in visitors.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

The main way we collect personal information is through the forms on our website. When you request a quote, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address, if you sign up for updates using the form in our website footer
  • The service you selected
  • The type of vehicle you drive
  • Your vehicle make and model
  • Any notes you type into the free text field

Please do not put sensitive information in the notes field. We do not need your Social Security number, driver license number, bank or card numbers, or health information, and we ask that you not send them through the website.

We also collect whatever you choose to tell us when you call, text or email us.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information automatically when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, the date and time of your visit, and the site you came from.

This information is collected using cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small file stored on your device that helps a website work properly and helps the owner understand how visitors use it.

We use these technologies for two reasons. Some are strictly necessary to make the site load, keep it secure and make the form work. Others help us understand general traffic patterns, such as which pages people visit most.

We do not use this information to build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and analytics

Our website is built and hosted on the Webflow platform. Webflow sets certain cookies that are needed for the site to function and to protect against abuse.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site and which pages are popular. Google Analytics may set its own cookies and may collect an IP address and general location at the city level. We use this data in aggregate to improve the website. It is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the browser add-on Google provides.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse cookies, delete them, or warn you before one is set. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site may not work correctly.

There is no common industry standard for how a website should respond to a "Do Not Track" browser signal, so our site may not respond to it. Where we are required by law to honor a Global Privacy Control signal, we will do so.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your question and prepare a quote or estimate
  • To confirm your appointment and tell you when our technician is on the way
  • To provide the detailing service you booked
  • To take payment and keep a record of the transaction
  • To follow up after service to make sure you are satisfied
  • To keep records of our work, including before and after photos
  • To improve our website, our pricing and our services
  • To meet our legal, tax, insurance and accounting obligations
  • To protect our business against fraud, abuse and legal claims

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number on our quote form, or when you call or text us, you are asking us to contact you about your request. We may reply by phone call, text message or email.

Messages we send are about your quote, your appointment or your service. Examples include a price estimate, an appointment confirmation, a reminder, a message that our technician is on the way, a weather related reschedule, or a follow up after service.

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help. You can also tell us by phone or email that you do not want texts, and we will note it.

If we ever send promotional or marketing texts, we will ask for your separate written consent first. Agreeing to receive marketing messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it for anything of value.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

  • Webflow, which hosts our website and delivers the form submission
  • Google services, which we use for business email, for storing quote requests in a spreadsheet, and for website analytics
  • An automation service, which passes your form submission into our spreadsheet and sends us an email alert
  • Payment processing, handled by our card processor at the time of service
  • Our accountant, bookkeeper, insurer and attorney, when they need the information to do their jobs

These providers may use your information only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a subpoena, court order or lawful government request, or when we need to protect our rights, our property, or the safety of our customers, our team or the public. If our business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner as part of that transaction.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you, to keep an accurate service history for your vehicle, and to meet our tax, accounting, insurance and legal obligations. When we no longer need them, we delete them or remove the details that identify you.

How we protect information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Our website uses encryption in transit. Access to our email, spreadsheets and customer records is limited to the people in our business who need it, and those accounts are password protected.

No website, email system or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot promise that your information will always be safe from every possible threat. If we ever learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Louisiana law and any other law that applies.

Children's privacy

Our website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your choices and your rights

No matter where you live, you can ask us to:

  • See the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, subject to records we are required to keep
  • Stop contacting you, or limit how we contact you
  • Receive a copy of the information you gave us

To make a request, call us at (225) 532-8666 or email mpmire@immaculatecarwash.com. We accept privacy requests by phone and email.

We will confirm we received your request and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how much longer we need. We may need to verify who you are before we act on a request, usually by confirming details you already gave us. This protects your information from someone pretending to be you.

We will not treat you differently or refuse you service because you exercised a privacy right.

A note about Louisiana law

Louisiana passed the Louisiana Data Privacy Act in 2026, and it takes effect on January 1, 2027. That law applies only to larger businesses, based on revenue and on the volume of personal data handled. We are a small local business and we do not expect to meet those thresholds. Even so, we honor the requests listed above for all of our customers as a matter of practice. If the law ever does apply to us, we will update this policy and comply with it.

For visitors from California

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to businesses that meet certain size thresholds. We are a small local business and we do not expect to meet them, so those laws most likely do not apply to us.

We still want California visitors to know the following. In the past twelve months we have collected the categories of information described above, for the business purposes listed above. We have not sold personal information, and we have not shared it for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16. California residents may use the contact details above to ask us to access, correct or delete their information, and we will treat the request the same way we treat everyone else's.

Visitors from outside the United States

We operate only in Louisiana and we serve customers in the United States. Our website is hosted in the United States, and any information you send us is stored there. We do not target our services to people outside the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, we will still handle your request under the rights section above.

Third party links

Our website links to other websites, such as review pages, social media pages and maps. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before giving them your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change in how we handle your information, we will make that clear here.
