Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Please read this

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Immaculate Detailing of BR, also known as Immaculate Car Wash. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means the person using our website or booking our service.

By using this website, by requesting a quote, or by booking and accepting our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website and do not book with us.

What we do

We are a mobile car detailing service. Our technicians travel to your home, your workplace or another location you arrange, and we perform the detailing work on site.

Our services include interior detailing, full detail, wash and clay and seal, exterior detail, paint correction, ceramic coating, headlight restoration and engine bay cleaning. We may add, change or stop offering any service at any time.

We serve Baton Rouge, Central, Denham Springs, Gonzales, Port Allen and Prairieville, Louisiana. There is no travel fee inside our standard coverage zone. Jobs under $200 may be subject to a travel fee based on the distance in miles from the East Baton Rouge area, and we will tell you the amount before you book. We may decline work outside our service area. We do not operate a storefront open to the public.

Quotes and estimates are not final prices

Any price we give you before we see your vehicle is an estimate, not a final price. This includes prices shown on the website, prices quoted over the phone, and prices sent by text or email.

The final price depends on the actual size of your vehicle and its actual condition when our technician arrives. Larger vehicles take more time and more product. Heavily soiled vehicles take more time and more product.

If the vehicle is not what was described when you booked, we will tell you the revised price before we begin the work. You can accept the revised price, choose a smaller scope of work, or cancel. If you cancel at that point, you owe nothing except any trip charge we told you about in advance.

Prices on the website may change without notice. A price shown on the website is not an offer we are bound to accept.

Booking and scheduling

You can request an appointment through our website form, by phone or by text. A request is not confirmed until we confirm it back to you.

We will give you an arrival window rather than an exact minute. Detailing times vary, traffic varies, and the job before yours may run long or short. We will contact you if we are running behind.

What we need from you

To do the job well and safely, please make sure that:

  • The vehicle is parked legally, safely and where our technician can work around it on all sides
  • The parking spot is on level ground and is not in an active traffic lane
  • You have permission to have the work done there, including from your landlord, HOA, apartment complex or employer
  • Our technician can reach the vehicle at the scheduled time, including through any gate, garage or security checkpoint
  • We have the keys, or you are present to open the vehicle
  • Your personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before we start

If your appointment requires access to a water spigot or a power outlet, we will tell you when you book. If those are needed and are not available when we arrive, we may not be able to complete the work.

If we cannot start or finish because of an access problem on your end, we may treat the appointment as a missed appointment.

Your personal belongings and valuables

Please remove everything from the vehicle before we arrive. That includes the glove box, center console, door pockets, trunk and under the seats.

Please remove cash, wallets, purses, jewelry, phones, laptops, tablets, firearms, medication, keys, garage remotes, sunglasses, chargers, toll tags, important documents and anything else of value or personal importance.

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. If we find items during the detail, we will do our best to set them aside and return them to you, but we cannot take responsibility for them.

Vehicle condition, and our right to decline or adjust the price

Some vehicles need far more time, labor and material than a standard detail. Others create a health or safety risk for our technicians.

We may decline the job, stop work already in progress, or quote a higher price if the vehicle has conditions such as:

  • Biohazards, including bodily fluids, blood, vomit, urine or feces
  • Mold or mildew growth
  • Insect or rodent infestation
  • Heavy pet hair, especially hair woven into worn or damaged fabric
  • Excessive trash, food waste or standing water
  • Strong odors from smoke, mildew, spoiled food or chemicals
  • Spilled paint, tar, adhesive, concrete or industrial fallout
  • Any condition that makes the vehicle unsafe or unsanitary to work in

If we discover one of these conditions after arriving, we will stop, explain the situation and give you a revised price before continuing. If you decline, we will stop work and charge you only for the work already completed.

Cancellations, reschedules and missed appointments

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please call or text (225) 532-8666.

If the agreed appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service package price applies. No cancellation fee applies when you give more than 24 hours notice. If we arrive and cannot start because the vehicle is not available or not accessible, that same fee may apply.

We may also need to cancel or reschedule. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer you the next available time. If we cancel, you owe nothing.

Weather

We work outdoors in south Louisiana, so weather affects our schedule.

We may reschedule your appointment because of rain, storms, lightning, high wind, extreme heat, freezing temperatures or a severe weather warning. We may also stop work partway through if the weather turns. Rescheduling for weather is not a cancellation by you and does not trigger a cancellation fee.

Some finishes, coatings and sealants require certain temperature and humidity conditions to cure correctly. If conditions are not right, we may postpone that part of the work rather than apply it and risk a poor result.

After certain services, especially ceramic coating, you will need to keep the vehicle dry and out of the weather for a curing period. We will tell you how long. If you do not follow the aftercare instructions we give you, the result may be affected, and our satisfaction policy will not cover it.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not require a deposit to book a standard appointment, and we can keep a card on file if you prefer. Prices do not include applicable Louisiana and local sales tax unless we say so.

If a payment is declined, returned or charged back, you are responsible for the amount owed plus any fee our processor charges us. Unpaid balances may be referred for collection, and you may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorney fees to the extent Louisiana law allows.

Tips are never required and are always appreciated.

Pre-existing damage, wear, and the limits of detailing

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

Detailing cleans, protects and improves the appearance of a vehicle. It cannot repair a vehicle, and it cannot undo damage that already exists.

Many older or previously damaged vehicles have conditions that are not visible under dirt, wax or a poor prior repair. Cleaning and polishing can reveal those conditions, and in some cases the cleaning process itself can cause an already failing part or finish to come loose or break. That is not damage we caused. It is a pre-existing condition that was hidden.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including:

  • Clear coat that is failing, peeling, flaking or delaminating
  • Oxidized, faded, chalky or single stage paint
  • Rock chips, scratches, scuffs, swirl marks and etching that existed before we started
  • Prior body work, repainted panels, touch up paint, or paint that does not match
  • Paint that is too thin to safely polish, whether from age or from prior correction
  • Rust, corrosion or bubbling paint
  • Loose, brittle, faded or already damaged trim, moldings, emblems, badges and pinstriping
  • Aftermarket parts, wraps, tint, decals, spoilers, lighting, stereo equipment and accessories
  • Cracked, warped or sun damaged dashboards, plastics and vinyl
  • Torn, worn, stained, brittle or previously repaired upholstery, leather, carpet and headliners
  • Faulty or worn door seals, window seals, sunroof seals or drain tubes that let water into the vehicle
  • Existing water damage, leaks or moisture already inside the vehicle
  • Existing electrical faults, faulty wiring, weak batteries or sensors that were already failing
  • Any mechanical or structural problem with the vehicle

Please tell us before we begin about any known issue with your vehicle. If you know a seal leaks, a panel has been repainted, the clear coat is failing, or an accessory is loose, tell us. It helps us adjust our approach and it protects both of us.

About specific services

Paint correction removes a very thin layer of clear coat to level out defects. It cannot be done an unlimited number of times on the same paint. Not every scratch can be removed, and defects that reach past the clear coat cannot be corrected by polishing. We will tell you what we expect to achieve before we start.

Ceramic coating adds a protective layer and makes the vehicle easier to clean. It is not a shield. It will not stop rock chips, door dings, deep scratches or damage from accidents, and it does not make the vehicle scratch proof. Coating life depends on how the vehicle is used, stored, washed and maintained. Any manufacturer coverage on a coating product comes from that manufacturer, on that manufacturer's terms.

Headlight restoration improves clouded and yellowed lenses. Results vary with the age and condition of the lens, and restored lenses will haze again over time and may need to be redone.

Engine bay cleaning is done with care and we cover sensitive components where we can. Even so, engine bays contain electrical connectors, sensors and wiring that may already be corroded, cracked or improperly sealed from earlier work. There is inherent risk in cleaning an engine bay, and by asking for that service you accept that risk.

Odors and stains that have soaked into foam, padding, carpet backing or a headliner may not come out completely. Smoke odor in particular can return in humid weather.

Reporting a problem

If something is wrong, tell us right away. Call or text (225) 532-8666 or email mpmire@immaculatecarwash.com.

If you believe we damaged your vehicle, please report it within 24 hours of the completed service, and give us a reasonable chance to inspect the vehicle before it is washed, repaired or altered. Reporting promptly lets us look at the vehicle while the facts are clear.

Concerns about the quality of the detailing work itself are handled under our Satisfaction Policy.

No warranties

We perform our services with reasonable care and skill.

Except for anything we state in writing, and except for our Satisfaction Policy, our services and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent Louisiana law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.

We do not promise a specific outcome on a specific vehicle. Results depend on the age, materials, prior care, prior repairs and current condition of your vehicle. Before and after photos on our website show real work on real vehicles. They are examples, not a promise of what your vehicle will look like.

Some limits on warranties are not allowed under Louisiana law. Nothing in this section takes away a right you have that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Louisiana law allows:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, lost income, loss of use of your vehicle, rental car costs, towing costs, loss of data or loss of business opportunity, whether or not we were told those losses were possible.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected to a service, however it arises, will not be more than the total amount you actually paid us for that service.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Louisiana law, including liability for gross fault, intentional acts, or causing physical injury.

Photos and video

We often photograph and record vehicles before, during and after service. We use these images to document the condition of a vehicle, to train our team and to show our work.

By booking with us, you give us permission to use photos and video of your vehicle and of the work we performed in our gallery, on our website, in social media posts and in advertising, without payment to you.

We will not publish your name, your address or your license plate. We blur or crop license plates and we avoid identifying details of your home.

If you do not want photos of your vehicle used publicly, just tell us before or during the appointment and we will not use them. You can also ask us later to remove a photo, and we will do so within a reasonable time. Some copies may remain in archives or on third party platforms that we cannot control.

Governing law and where disputes are heard

These terms and any dispute between us are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, contact us before starting any formal proceeding. Most issues are solved with a phone call. Please give us at least 30 days to work it out with you.

If we cannot resolve it, you agree that any lawsuit or proceeding will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and that those courts have personal jurisdiction over you. Either of us may still bring a qualifying claim in Louisiana small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and post the new version here. The version posted at the time you book is the version that applies to that booking.

Other terms

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, that does not mean we give up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written permission. We may transfer ours if our business is sold or reorganized.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Satisfaction Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about our services and this website.
