Do you detail cars at apartment complexes?

Yes. Apartment and condo residents are a large part of the customer base, because a complex usually has nowhere to wash a car and no outside tap you are allowed to use. We work in the complex parking lot with the van's own purified water and generator, so nothing is drawn from the property and no water or mess is left behind.

Three things to sort out before the appointment. First, check whether your property requires notice for a service vehicle; some do, and a quick message to the office avoids a problem on the day. Second, pick a space where the van can park beside the vehicle with enough room to open every door, which usually means the end of a row rather than the middle. Third, if you will be out, arrange the key handover, and take valuables out of the cabin beforehand.

Interior work is the most requested service at complexes, and it starts at $250 for a sedan; a full detail, which adds the hand wash, decontamination and sealant on the outside, starts at $320 and takes four to six hours.
